Like winter… its on it’s way and you can’t stop it. It’s going to blow in without warning… although I don’t think it’s going to be as cold or as obnoxious as winter.
This is me in winter, BTW. I hate winter.
But I don’t hate what’s coming… and I don’t think you will either.
Although the changes might be a bit jarring at first. But thats okay, because I’ll be here to hold your hand and help you to remember to breathe…
Ready, hold on tight… because here we go.
Now, Obviously I can’t tell you everything, but what I can tell you is this:
NUMBER ONE
THIS WEBSITE WILL BE ALL NEW BY THE END OF THE MONTH
Now, I know this one doesn’t seem to drastic or scary, I guess it’s more scary for me – because it’s a lot of work on my part. But I’ve been trying to get this done for a while – and because its all on me now there may be some times the website has some down time, or disappears all together. But do not fret – because when it comes back it’s going to be better than ever. With a ton more functionality. And, when it relaunches we are going to have some major giveaways – so just watch for it 🙂
NUMBER TWO
ALL CURRENTLY RELEASED IMDALIND WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF AMAZON AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK.
I know, this one is scary – so read this all the way through. I am almost done with the last book in the Imdalind Series – Crown of Cinders. Watch for a publication date announcement/cover reveal near the end of June – but until then all of the Imdalind books are being pulled from Nook/iBooks/Kobo to be listed exclusively through Amazon. One will be removed every few days until they are all de-listed and then the series will only be available for download through Amazon. Print copies will still be available, and you will still be able to download them through the Kindle Books App – but no where else. The books will be enrolled in KU if you are a KU user, but will still be able to be purchased with a KU subscription.
When Crown of Cinders is released it will be released to a wider distribution, so don’t worry if you are one of my iBooks/Nook readers, and the whole series may be in a wider distribution at this point – but for right now the decision has been made and will be enacted very quickly – so if you haven’t picked up all the copies of Imdalind yet – do so now! (You can find all the buy links to all the books at the base of this post)
I will detail out my decision in a later blog post, but this is being done for a good reason. Trust me 😉
NUMBER THREE
ALL CURRENTLY RELEASED THROUGH GLASS BOOKS WILL BE PULLED FROM SHELVES/DOWNLOAD BY THE END OF THIS MONTH.
This one, is my opinion, is a bit more of a ding – but MUCH more exciting. Right now Through Glass 1-8 are available only on Amazon, with 9 available everywhere. By the end of this month the books will be pulled from every purchase outlet and will be unavailable for about a month.
I published Through Glass with the intent of publishing a new episode every other week, or every week. I was working on Number 6 when I suddenly lost my home, my life, and pretty much everything you could imagine. Obviously, my original plan fell by the wayside… okay, it kind of exploded.
But with Imdalind nearing completion I am taking the opportunity to make repairs to the series and relaunch it with all the awesomeness it deserves. The series is getting pumped up – major big time. Each novella will be expanded, re-editing, re-grouped and even re- branded. We are talking new covers, new swag, new promos… and so much new content your head might explode.
The original Novel (now episodes 1-3 box) will be removed completely. However, the individual episodes will be re-uplaoded (so if you have already purchased them they should automatically update).
Plus, with Imdalind done and in the hands of my publishers, I will be able to devote all my time to this series, publishing one book a month until completion. No more endless waiting. Just amazing adventures.
When Through Glass is re-launched it will go straight into Amazon’s KU program, so grab a Kindle App now if you don’t have one. (You will still be able to purchase the books without KU, but only on Amazon)

NUMBER FOUR
OF RIVER AND RAYNN: THE CATALYST WILL BE PULLED FROM PURCHASE BY THE END OF THIS WEEK.
This one hurts my heart a bit. I started writing Of River and Raynn in a desperate attempt to find the love of writing again (Much of my love of writing was taken by others greed) I was in the middle of writing it when my marriage fell apart, and I finished it when I was stuck in depression so powerful getting out of bed every day was nearly impossible.
I am not happy with it. In fact, I agree with the majority of reviewers who say it it confusing.
I think it has potential, but it needs to be reworked with a clear head, when I am not working in depression and mind numbing panic. I have finally got to a point that I am working, and happy, and ready to soar – so this book will be pulled.
And when Through Glass is done, it will be re-released after it is reworked, and infected with all the amazing accomplishment that I have gained. To every one who took a chance on this book, I thank you. And it will be back, and the story continued. But for now – I need to pull it – so I can create something I am proud of.
So, that’s it. I told you there were some changes, and while some are scary – they will all be worth it. Just wait – awesome is coming.
