Yes ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at the ORIGINAL cover of Kiss of Fire – it’s all its terrifying glory. Now, please understand, I don’t necessarily think its a bad cover – but I just knew nothing about cover design. I thought a shot with her falling would be awesome. So, I bribed my cute sister in law to jump on a trampoline, and bribed my friend to take the pictures (thanks Rick!) and I did the design. But then every review said how amazing the book was, and how much the cover sucked.

My first thought was: Why are people liking my book?? Followed by a: Holy &%&* People like my book! Which led to a: I gotta change the cover!

So we made the decision to change the cover – and I scoured everywhere for an image that would work – not realizing that I already had one – staring me in the face with the image I had purchased for the cover of Dawn of Ash.

So I handed it over to Sarah and she created her magic

I am so happy to share this new cover with you – and to make Imdalind into the amazing set it was always meant to be.

And, as a special surprise to celebrate the new cover -Kiss of Fire is free again – so, if you know someone who hasn’t begun the story of Imdalind – now is a good time to introduce them to it.

Happy cover day!
